First, we get a lot of questions about this area for some reason. This is *not* how you upload your own files. Please see the FTP and Frontpage sections for infomation about how to do that.
This feature lets your customers upload files to your website. They remain secure and cannot be "executed" or cause any damage. You can also integrate this capability into your applications.
This utility type feature has too many applications to list but if you ever need to get files from people visiting your site we have a whole suite of methods to help you get this done.
