ASP Users Note: You have connection to "CDO.Message" for sending Mail and Attachments / Etc directly within your web applications.
Interactive email forms are used to collect information from visitors to your site. This information can be sent to your email address and/or stored in a database. This opens doors for you to do a wide variety of user-centered applications. Interactive forms allow a designer to create a document containing checkboxes, radio buttons, pull-down lists, text windows and menus. The form can be configured to send the data gathered by these options to a specific email box. Forms can be used to collect data for a variety of reasons. These include but are not limited to the following:
- Online Questionnaires and Surveys
- Search Criteria for Database Retrieval
- Customer Service Request Forms
- Information Request Forms
- Web site Comments
InfoDial's exclusive Forms feature gives you powerful features to enhance the functionality of your Web site forms:

This allows you to specify the Headers in the email message that is sent to your customer after completing your online form. You can add descriptive information, instructions, etc.
RETURN RECEIPT
You will get a return receipt as confirmation to confirm that the customer successfully received the form-generated email message.
NEXTPAGE
This page will be displayed in the browser following a successful form submission. This page is totally customizable by you or your web author.
