Discussion Forums
Concerto's Discussion feature lets you create and post discussions on your site. Some of the uses are for Customer Service, Research and Development, Support Groups, Strategic Planning, in short, just about anything imaginable. The user authentication keeps the outside world out of your forums.
Below is an example of the Discussion Forum Menu. You just click on a forum of interest to you to get to the forum itself.
Once you are in the forum, you can click on an existing topic to read and/or reply to it, or post an entirely new topic.
